They made me feel welcome and addressed any concerns I had promptly. the location was convenient for my city trip, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bedding.
There were a few negative aspects to my experience. the kitchen utensils and appliances in my room were in poor condition and in need of replacement.

The staff at Emirates Hotel Apartments were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room attendants, Mr Abbas and Mr Jahid, were always attentive and maintained high standards. The location of the hotel is convenient, with small shops nearby and close proximity to the beach. The neighborhood is good and the people, both guests and locals, are polite and respectful. Easy access to transportation, with taxis readily available to reach entertainment and shopping areas in Sharjah and even Dubai.
Felt very well looked after, nothing to complain about.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with amenities like a bathtub and washing machine. The staff is polite and helpful, providing good service.
